theycallmetuti-deactivated20130 asked: So I saw your last answered question, you mean to say you aren't using a program to paint the pixels one at a time, some of your smaller canvases looks like you were doing abstract art but with pixels and i loved it. Somehow this is all glitched to get the effect?

writetf asked: So I recently switched from windows over to Mac and realized there is no real substitute for IrfanView for opening images that may not open in "standard" image viewers but are technically correct images. Do you have any recommended tools for us Mac users which replicate/replace IrfanView functionality?

103 of 366 Created by stringing together three video files created with Benjamin Gaulon’s You Glitch.   Further errors are introduced by Quick Time 7 Pro; there’s a bug in my version when exporting to .MOV using the Animation codec at 256 colors.  Sound is generated from the .MOV file by opening it in Audacity as raw 64 bit floating point data at 44.1 kHz.

writetf asked: When creating macroblock images what is the basic concept? Are you simply doing the databend and then looking in 8x8px sections at a time? If so are you then resizing them so that when viewed you don't have to squint to see the tiny 8x8 photos lol. I love your work and it has inspired me to delve deeper into databending and would really appreciate your input.
